Too easy!. When i search this solution, i found many ways. But 2 ways popular is: use Network Load Balacing in Network Connection Property and use Network Load Balacing Cluster in Adminstrator tool. It is same way. Fllow me, use network connection is easy to remember. Now, this is demo:
